Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Mississippi is seeking a sales-driven associate to help customers select flooring and create spaces they love. You will earn a competitive base, plus performance bonuses and uncapped commissions.

The role includes selling, upselling, maintaining an organized showroom, handling POS and daily store operations, and building lasting customer relationships. A high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
