Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Arden, DE. Base pay is $15.00 per hour plus uncapped monthly commissions and bonuses, with opportunities to grow earnings through performance.

You will greet customers, upsell, manage the showroom, handle POS and inventory, and support promotions. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
