Saunders Staffing, Inc. seeks a motivated Sales Associate to join our client’s team.

You will contact prospective and existing customers to sell advertising opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and help businesses increase visibility through targeted advertising solutions. In this remote role, you’ll make outbound calls, present advertising packages, manage a sales pipeline, and strive to meet or exceed performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls throughout the day.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM or sales software.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, if required by the client.
