Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Sales Associate to support clientele and assist with daily store operations in our in-store location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to a memorable shopping experience.

This part-time, hourly position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, ability to stand for long periods, and strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and maneuver around the store during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A day in the life…

• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and activelistening/communicationto clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

Qualifications for the Position

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred. be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
