Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support in-store sales and client service. You will learn the Lilly Pulitzer brand, assist clients with merchandise selection, and help maintain store presentation and visual standards.

About the Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A day in the life… Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage. Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience. Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams. Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes. Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.

This position is classified as a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values. This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. This position is reviewed annually.
