Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a dynamic sales associate in Scottsdale to proactively greet customers, build lasting relationships, and educate them on tile products and installations. You will drive sales through knowledgeable guidance, follow-up communication, and strong product updates while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

Earn 45K to 75K in first-year earnings through a draw and commission structure, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a nationwide

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
