Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a motivated sales associate in New Jersey to greet customers, cultivate relationships, and guide purchases of tile and related products. You will educate customers on installation and usage, track orders, and work toward personalized sales goals while maintaining a professional store presence.

Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment, have strong English communication, and be detail-oriented with a passion for design.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
