You will convert leads into tours, conduct high-energy tours, overcome objections, and close sales while building long-term resident relationships and supporting retention.

The Connor Group is seeking driven, high-achieving professionals from retail, restaurant, and hospitality backgrounds to join our elite Sales Associate team. No leasing experience or licenses required.

Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a direct role in driving property revenue and resident satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you’ll create impactful first impressions, build genuine relationships, and turn an initial lease into a long-term resident experience.
