What you'll do

• Execute the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relate how SweatHouz products/services will satisfy their needs and goals.
• Tour potential members through the studio and describe the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro’s individual needs and goals.
• Communicate membership options in a clear and concise manner.
• Effectively and professionally enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
• On‑board new members successfully and assist with all member retention activities in order to drive club profitability.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities.
• Manage and follow up on leads/new business by using Axel.
• Execute daily plan for successful lead management and selling activities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals.
