Job summary

Club Pilates in San Jose is seeking a part-time Sales Representative to help drive new membership sales and retain current members. This role focuses on lead generation, booking demo classes, and promoting the studio’s services.

While Pilates experience is not required, we value growth-minded individuals and provide opportunities for advancement. The position offers 15–25 hours per week with evenings and occasional weekend shifts, coordinated with the Studio Manager.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Sales Representative supports the General Manager in driving new membership sales and retaining current members. This role focuses on lead generation, booking demo classes, and promoting the studio’s services. While Pilates experience is a plus, it’s not required. Club Pilates prioritizes career advancement within the organization and seeks to offer unlimited growth potential to those who thrive.

Schedule

• Status: Part-Time, Non-exempt that is eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours in a workweek.
• Hours: 15–25 hours per week
• Your schedule will be coordinated with the Studio Manager (SM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM), and will include evening and occasional weekend shifts.
• You may be asked to participate in training sessions and external marketing events such as community activities and races.

The actual rate offered may depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Incentive pay, bonuses, and benefits may be offered in addition to base pay, where applicable.
