Club Pilates is seeking a part-time Sales Representative to support the General Manager in driving new membership sales and retaining current members. This role focuses on lead generation, booking demo classes, and promoting the studio’s services. Pilates experience is a plus but not required.

The position offers evening and weekend shifts, 15–25 hours per week, and room for growth within the organization.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative supports the General Manager in driving new membership sales and retaining current members. This role focuses on lead generation, booking demo classes, and promoting the studio’s services. While Pilates experience is a plus, it’s not required. Schedule

• Status: Part-Time, Non-exempt that is eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours in a workweek.
• Hours: 15–25 hours per week
• Your schedule will be coordinated with the Studio Manager (SM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM), and will include evening and occasional weekend shifts.
• You may be asked to participate in training sessions and external marketing events such as community activities and races.
