Club Pilates Keith District is seeking a part-time Sales Representative in the Clearwater area to drive membership sales, welcome prospective members, and schedule demo classes. Experience in Pilates is a plus but not required.

The role emphasizes a high-energy, customer-focused approach and passion for health and wellness. Responsibilities include guiding tours, presenting services, and meeting monthly sales quotas while supporting the General Manager.

POSITION:

Our Sales Representatives support the General Manager by driving new membership sales, welcoming prospective members into the studio, and scheduling them for Demo Classes. They also play a key role in supporting and retaining our current members. While experience or knowledge in Pilates is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for an energetic individual who is excited to share their passion for health and wellness with our community!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Must have a passion for health and wellness

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Other duties as assigned
