Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team at our San Clemente, CA location. As a Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, focusing on achieving store goals and maximizing sales.

Job Expectations

• Assist in driving store sales and profitability.
• Perform sales transactions, including ringing purchases and processing payments.
• Assist with merchandising, stock management, and visual standards.

• Maintain store standards (visuals, merchandising, inventory management).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail or customer service experience with a passion for guest service and sales.

Physical Demands/Working Environment

• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to move around the store, perform repetitive bending, standing, twisting, squatting, and use ladders.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.

Pay Range: $16-17 per hour.
