Northwest Hardware Co Inc. is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Training is provided, and prior hardware experience is welcome but not required.

You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, helping neighbors with their projects and making an impact in the community. You must be able to lift 40 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts, while enjoying benefits like PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware store experience is a plus but not required as training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Help customers locate products and complete purchases during their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure a great customer experience.

• You'll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
