Job summary

Northwest Hardware Co Inc. is looking for friendly team members to welcome and assist customers in-store. Training is provided, and prior hardware experience is a plus but not required. You’ll help neighbors with their projects in a fast-paced, community-minded environment.

Expect to engage customers directly, maintain a high-energy atmosphere, and be on your feet for most of your shift, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This role emphasizes local service and teamwork.
