Job summary

Northwest Hardware Co Inc. in Roanoke, VA is seeking friendly team members to welcome and assist customers in a fast-paced hardware store environment. No prior hardware experience is required as extensive training will be provided to help you succeed and grow with our team.

You'll help customers find everything they need for their projects, stay energetic and engaged, and be on your feet for long shifts. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and enjoy a community-focused workplace with benefits

What to expect:

• You'll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.

• You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (8 to 10 hours).
• You must be able to lift 40 lbs.
