Job summary

Northwest Hardware Co Inc. is hiring friendly, customer-focused team members to help customers find items for their home projects. Training is provided, and prior hardware experience is a plus but not required. You will join a high-energy team that values community and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them locate items for their projects.
• Assist customers in answering product questions and providing recommendations.
• Stay on your feet for most of the shift and lift 25–30 lbs as needed.

What to expect:

• You'll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
