Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a fashion-forward, customer-centric environment. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service while contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Role involves flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn and grow within the brand. This position is based at Store 5317-Shops at University Square-Soma-Rochester, MN 55904.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old for listed states or 18 for other states.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
