Job summary

Soma is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a hospitality-driven shopping experience at Store 5210-Rosedale Center in Roseville, MN. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service to help guests feel confident and cared for.

You’ll engage customers, cultivate authentic conversations, support omnichannel tools, explain brand loyalty programs, and assist with merchandising and inventory.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
