Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Rochester, MN to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a busy retail setting. You will share product knowledge, drive a seamless omnichannel experience, and support store operations with merchandising and stock duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; 16 years old in certain states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate the register and use available tools.

Eligibility

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
