Job summary

Soma in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience and support merchandising and inventory tasks.

As a team member, you will contribute to store performance, stay flexible with scheduling including nights and weekends, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming shopping environment at Store 5444-Woodbury

You’ll bring to the role

Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
