Job summary

Massage Envy Port Charlotte is seeking a full-time sales associate to join our wellness team. Base pay is $16-$17/hour plus monthly bonuses and commissions, with a healthcare reimbursement stipend and paid time off eligibility after a year.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and help grow our member base and service bookings. Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills to connect

• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program
• Book services, educate on homecare retail, and encourage future visits
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and address questions
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
