Job summary

Massage Envy East Pearland is hiring for roles in retail sales and guest service. You will engage with guests, explain Total Body Care benefits, and help schedule services while promoting products and memberships.

Positions include Full-Time and Part-Time with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and a flexible, supportive team culture. Training is provided to grow your career in wellness.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills for daily transactions.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care services and promote the Wellness Program.
• Manage scheduling, answer calls and emails, and assist with bookings to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
