Job summary

Massage Envy West Palm Beach is seeking team members to deliver exceptional wellness experiences. You will provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and book future services while promoting our Wellness Program.

This role supports clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering inquiries, and helping grow a loyal client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills.
• Strong people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Basic knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make everyone feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
