Job summary

Knitwell Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sales Associate for our Soma store to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience. You will engage customers, support merchandising and inventory, and help create a visually inspiring environment while collaborating with the team.

The role requires a friendly, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ; 18+ for other states.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.
