Job summary

MAC’S Hardware in Minnesota is hiring for a full-time position with day-time hours and every other weekend. You’ll welcome customers, listen to their needs, and help them choose the right hardware products and solutions.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, comfort using computers and POS systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, phones, and email.

• Support inventory accuracy through stocking and cycle counts.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and seasonal merchandise.
• Work as part of a team to create an outstanding shopping experience every day.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Retail Or Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus.

• Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and around merchandise.
