Job summary

MAC'S Hardware in Fargo, ND is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, listen to needs, and recommend hardware and home improvement products.

You will process sales, stock shelves, keep displays attractive, assist with loading purchases, and support inventory accuracy. Strong communication and basic computer/POS skills are essential; lift up to 50 pounds; prior retail experience is preferred.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Previous Retail Or Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and around merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
