Job summary

MAC'S Hardware, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products in a fast-paced hardware department.

You will process sales, stock shelves, assist with loading, and help maintain a clean, safe store. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and around merchandise.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
