Job summary

MAC’S Hardware is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to join our team in Minot. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and recommend products while helping with sales, stock, and displays. The role emphasizes strong communication and reliability in a fast-paced home improvement environment.

Ideal candidates may have prior retail experience and a high school diploma. You’ll work on-site, handle basic POS tasks, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for customers daily.
