Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and conducting property showings. Daily tasks include preparing sales documents, handling negotiations, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Property Showings, Negotiations, and Closing Deals
• Proficiency in preparing Sales Documents and Marketing Materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field and a REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR STUDYING TO OBTAIN ONE
