About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Surgical Solutions team in the Medical Products Division. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new products in all FDA approved areas and applications. You should be passionate about selling state-of-the art implantable medical devices within the general, trauma, and plastic surgery markets that are the highest quality in their class and be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating on cross-functional teams.

This role will cover the territory of South Dallas to San Antonio, Texas; the candidate must reside in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, or surrounding areas.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with internal and external practices and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience
  • Adaptable and flexible, ability to work "on call" when needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated ability to support product use during procedures
  • Ability to quickly develop strong and effective technical selling skills with new products in new markets
  • Ability to develop relationships with key customers
  • Ability to understand medical/surgical procedures and terminology
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and must reside in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas or surrounding areas

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to both general and plastic surgeons
  • Experience in market development

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
