Woodley’s Fine Furniture, Inc. is seeking a Designer/Sales Associate who listens to customer needs, discusses furniture options, and presents design ideas.

You will coordinate styles of furniture, fabrics and wood finishes while guiding clients through the showroom and purchase process. The role offers a fun, casual environment with a commission-based pay plan and a salary during training; typical earnings range from $40,000 to $75,000 with top performers earning well over that.

• Designer education and certificate(s) an advantage, but not required.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Position Summary:The Designer/Sales Associate will listen to customers’ needs, discuss furniture options and layouts, and effectively present design ideas. Key skills include the ability to coordinate styles of furniture, fabrics and wood finishes. We offer a fun, casual working environment in which we take pleasure in helping people fill their furniture needs.

Experience/Qualifications

• Excellent sales and communication skills
• Designer education and certificate(s) an advantage, but not required
• Weekends and most holidays are required
• Basic computer skills such as typing, using email, navigating websites, price lists and learning our software system are required

Pay Range:Commission based position with salary during the training period-average earnings are $40,000-$75,000 with no limit on success. Top performers can earn $100,000 plus.
