Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring a Sales Associate for our in-store team in Nashville. The role supports client service, assists with daily operations, and helps drive sales through product knowledge and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include understanding the Lilly Pulitzer brand concept and heritage, maintaining visual and store standards, building client relationships, and collaborating with management to seize selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and management.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.

About the Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A day in the life...

• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
• Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
