Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer seeks a Sales Associate to assist clientele and support the operational and sales needs of the business. A day in the life includes understanding the brand, serving clients with confidence, and driving sales through knowledge of products and trends.

You will build client relationships, uphold visual standards, and collaborate with management while embodying the brand's core values. Flexible hours may be required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Must be able to stand for shift hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues and management.
• Experience with XStore and Tulip is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support daily store operations.
