Lilly Pulitzer in Dallas is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers and support store operations. This part-time, hourly role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience, leveraging product knowledge and the brand's vibrant style to drive sales.

You will engage with clients, maintain visual standards with the Retail Operations team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
• Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
