Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment. You will share product knowledge, engage authentically with shoppers, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.

This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork and ownership to meet personal goals. Located at Kingsgate Center in Lubbock, TX.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
