Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 3528-Spotsylvania Town Center-WHBM-Fredricksburg, VA. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

This position offers a part-time schedule with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. You will participate in merchandising, inventory tasks, and maintaining a welcoming store appearance while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states, otherwise at least 18.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
