Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in our Perrysburg, OH store. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Responsibilities include educating customers about loyalty programs, supporting merchandising and inventory tasks, and maintaining a store environment that reflects brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old for all states not listed above.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
