Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers in a store environment that reflects hospitality and brand values. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and deliver personalized service across in-store and omnichannel channels.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and contributing to strong store performance. You’ll need passion for fashion, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to learn new processes and tools quickly while

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
