Job summary

Mattress Warehouse Llc is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to guide customers in selecting premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product benefits, and process sales with a focus on service quality.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and thrive in a team environment with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find the right mattress using the bedMATCH system.
• Sell products and achieve sales targets while delivering high service quality.
• Handle loading and unloading of mattresses with care and safety.
• Maintain showroom appearance and restock/display products as needed.
• Utilize tablets and POS for transactions and customer interactions.

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
