Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate in the United States to assist customers with premium mattresses and bedding products. You will use our bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process to match customers with the right sleep solutions, while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection using the bedMatch system and selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and educate customers on sleep solutions.
• Operate tablets and POS to process purchases and payments.
• Help load mattresses onto customers' vehicles and maintain showroom presentation.
• Contribute to a team environment and meet sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
