Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Wooster, OH. You will use our bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers find the right mattress through personalized recommendations.

This role involves selling premium bedding products, processing transactions on tablets and POS, and delivering a friendly, low-pressure shopping experience. We offer a robust compensation package, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and a large store network.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsabilités

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using a customer-focused approach.
• Provide relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and educate customers on sleep solutions.
• Utilize tablets and POS to process transactions and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and assist with floor resets as needed.

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.

• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
