Job Description for Sales Associate at Goodwill Central Texas

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for retail customers.
• Maintain the sales floor and assist with merchandise display and organization.
• Process sales transactions efficiently at the POS system.
• Support store operations, including opening, closing, and housekeeping duties.
• Assist donors, greet customers, and promote the organization’s mission and vision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Flexible schedule supporting store hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
