Jim Hudson Ford is seeking motivated candidates for an Automotive Sales Associate position. We welcome self-motivated individuals with a drive to succeed; experience in any industry as a sales consultant is a plus.

Prior auto sales is not required, and training is provided to help you grow with our multi-franchise dealer group. We offer a 5-day work week with Sundays off, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Requirements - Sales Associate:

• Previous Auto Sales experience is not required. Inside or Outside sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Strong record of positive Customer Service required.
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through.
• Team oriented individuals.
• Resume must be uploaded.
• Valid US driver's license and good driving record
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
