Job summary

Jim Hudson Cadillac and the Jim Hudson Automotive Group are hiring Automotive Sales Associates in the Augusta area. The role focuses on selling vehicles and financial services, guiding customers through the sales process, and maintaining CRM for repeat business and referrals.

Top producers can earn $100K+, with $2,500 monthly training pay and a 60-day paid training period. 5-day work week; medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) with match; and other

Qualifications

• Previous auto sales experience is not required. Inside or outside sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through.
• Strong record of positive customer service required.
• Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
• Guide customers through the sales process.
• Maintain CRM for repeat business and referrals.
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards.

Requirements

• Valid US driver's license and good driving record
