Kahoots is a customer service focused pet store serving Southern California since 1987. We look for people who are excited to help customers and their pets, bring a friendly attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time position offers a base pay of $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, with weekday and weekend shifts; 32 to 40 hours weekly. We provide competitive benefits, including vacation pay, medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available weekdays and weekends.
• 32 - 40 hours per week - preferably 8 hour shifts.
• Must be team oriented.
• Must be able to thrive in a customer service and sales oriented environment.
• Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be comfortable and able to provide excellent customer service while handling orders and setting up deliveries both in person and over the phone.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Requirements

Sales associatesare outgoing, driven and hard-working individuals who are experienced in and/or willing to learn a multitude of skills as well as someone who thrives in a customer service environment.

Necessary physical activities may include:

• Being on your feet/standing for up to 8 hours.
• Bending and twisting 2-6 hours per day
