Job summary

Kahoots Feed and Pet is hiring a Yard Associate for a part-time role at our Hesperia location. You will assist customers, load heavy items such as bags of feed, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Must be 18+, available weekdays and weekends, and capable of standing for long periods. Bilingual is a plus. This position offers 24+ hours per week and requires physical effort and teamwork.

Yard Associate

Yard associates are outgoing, driven and hard-working individuals who are experienced in and/or willing to learn a multitude of skills and thrive in a customer service environment. They can also help customers by loading heavy items such as bags of feed and bales for hay that may range over 100lbs.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available weekdays and weekends.
• 24+ hours per week.
• Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must be team oriented.
• Must be able to thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment.
• Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Necessary physical activities may include:

• Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying 100+ LBS 4-10 hours per day
• Being on your feet/standing for up to 8+ hours.
• Bending and twisting 4-8 hours per day
• Occasionally climbing ladders
