Job summary

Kahoots is seeking a friendly Sales Associate at our Solana Beach, California location to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find the right pet supplies.

Base pay is $17.50-$19.50 per hour with full-time hours (32–40 per week). We offer competitive wages, flexible schedules, benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401k, profit sharing, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

Sales associatesare outgoing, driven and hard-working individuals who are experienced in and/or willing to learn a multitude of skills as well as someone who thrives in a customer service environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available weekdays and weekends.
• 32 - 40 hours per week - preferably 8 hour shifts.
• Must be team oriented.
• Must be able to thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment.
• Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be comfortable and able to provide excellent customer service while handling orders and setting up deliveries both in person and over the phone.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Necessary physical activities may include:

• Being on your feet/standing for up to 8 hours.
• Bending and twisting 2-6 hours per day
• Occasionally climbing ladders
• Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying 40+ LBS 2-6 hours per day
