Job summary

Kahoots is seeking friendly part-time sales associates to join our Fallbrook store team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers select the right pet products. Base pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old, able to work weekdays and weekends, and commit to 24+ hours weekly. Some product knowledge and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available weekdays and weekends.
• 24+ hours per week.
• Team oriented.
• Must thrive in a customer service and sales environment.
• Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge to help customers and employees alike.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be comfortable providing excellent customer service while handling orders and setting up deliveries.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and sales.
