Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven professional to help customers create the floors and spaces they love. You’ll sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic showroom setting.

Key duties include maintaining an inspiring showroom, handling POS and inventory, and resolving customer questions with speed and professionalism. Evening and weekend availability is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
